Brother calls regional digital pitch

REGIONAL - Brother, the Japanese electronics brand that produces products for the print and imaging, labelling and sewing markets, has invited six agencies to pitch for its regional digital business.

Digital agencies believed to be involved include XM Asia, MRM Japan and Interakt. In addition three technology companies including Fujitsu, Hitachi and NTT are believed to be vying for the business

It is understood that the electronics company is looking for an agency to develop and design a website to be rolled out in 15 countries across Asia. The brief includes CMS template development and implementation.

Brother was founded in Japan in 1908 and now has 19 production facilities and 43 sales companies operating in 41 countries in different regions. Its key products include laser printers, multi-function centres (MFCs), fax machines, labellers, label printers, and a wide range of home and industrial sewing machines.
