He was recently awarded the 2009 Business Development/Account Person of the Year for Asia-Pacific, while the office he leads at Carat in Shanghai was named Office of the Year for North Asia.

Grossman joined Carat in 2007 to establish the agency’s Communication Planning discipline, and was promoted to MD, Eastern China a year later.
Grossman has more than 15 years of strategic planning experience, including 11 years in China. His credentials include roles at JWT, retail and event marketing at 141 Worldwide/Ogilvy Action, and on the client side as marketing director for De Beers diamonds.
Carat China’s client roster includes, adidas, Beiersdorf, Kraft, Mattel, Nokia, Pernod Ricard, Philips and Tourism Australia.
