MediaConnect Asia and Malaysia-based News Search were the other two agencies involved in the pitch.

“We are truly delighted to win this prestigious media monitoring account. Over the coming year we will be providing traditional and online media monitoring services to support CRA's communication efforts," said Leon Hudson, Media Monitors’ sales and client services director for Southeast Asia.

He adds: “We have built a suite of products and services that have been tailored to fit with government requirements and as a result 40 per cent of our group revenue comes from this sector.”

The media intelligence agency has 5,000 clients including government bodies, multinational companies and public relations agencies across Asia-Pacific.
