DDB Group Hong Kong has promoted Irene Tsui and Keith Ho to serve as joint managing directors.

Both were formerly managing partner. Ho also continues to serve as the agency's chief creative officer.

In addition, the agency promoted Andreas Krasser, formerly head of strategy and innovation, to chief strategy officer and promoted Leo Tsui, formerly head of Tribal and digital lead, to president of Tribal and chief digital officer.

“Irene and Andreas have been a remarkable pairing of leaders, comrades and practitioners," David Tang, CEO of DDB Group Asia, said in a statement. "They have brought out the best in the talent within DDB Hong Kong and transformed the agency in terms of the work, passion and culture.” Tang also praised Leo Tsui as a "digital and e-commerce transformer" and Krasser for "innovative planning".

Under this management team, DDB Group Hong Kong won 25 new bits of business over the last 15 months, with Tribal accounting for 13 wins, the agency said. New clients include SmarTone, Hotels.com, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Duty Free Shop, Hong Kong International Airport, AXA, Allianz Global Investors, CLP, Somersby, Lu Zhou Lao Jiao, Listerine and Mead Johnson.

Irene Tsui said the agency has remained agile despite its size (more than 130 employees) and "is well poised to produce the best and most effective work in this city". Ho added that the agency has an infectious energy along with high motivation and morale.
