The agency will work on brands including Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Ketel One Vodka, Singleton Single Malt and Baileys, after it picked up the creative account for Diago in Indonesia.

“DDB Indonesia clearly emerged as the right fit ensuring a successful partnership formula for Diageo’s international spirit portfolio business,” said David Wibowo, president director of DDB Indonesia.

“The partnership will allow DDB to work closely with Diageo to strategise, plan and implement world-class brand communications and trade marketing activities in the Indonesian market,” he said.

DDB will go beyond traditional advertising to activation, digital, PR and channel marketing.

Extensive work has begun to shape up for the core brands under the Diageo-DDB portfolio using the established network across the country.
