Taylor previously owned activation agency ISS Marketing which was sold to Enero (then Photon) in 2007. He left in 2011 and has been consulting for GM Australia since.

Andrew Egan, Ogilvy's general manager, growth companies, commented that Taylor would enable the agency to rapidly grow its market share. "Taylor’s mandate is to build the best activation team in the country," he said.
