James Chen (pictured, right), currently managing director of Euro RSCG Beijing, will be promoted as vice-president for Greater China reporting directly to Mason Lim. Chen spent seven years at Euro RSCG from 1998 to 2005 and oversaw the strong growth of its Beijing office. He rejoined the agency in February.
