Woo, who will be based in Hong Kong, started her career as a senior professional recruiter for Heidrick & Struggles, an executive search firm. She later worked at BASF as regional human resources business partner, managing a broad range of talent functions across Asia.

“Ensuring that Fleishman-Hillard always maintains its distinguishing trait as ‘a place where exceptionally talented people do the best work of their lives’ is a serious commitment that we make to staff and clients,” said Lynne Anne Davis, Fleishman-Hillard president for Asia Pacific. The agency will continue to invest heavily in attracting talent across the region, she added.

Over the past six months, the company has hired a string of senior executives across the region. Early in the year, Brian West joined the Singapore office as managing director and partner for reputation management, responsible for the APAC region.
