The appointment came after the brand invited five agencies, including Biru Langit, Power Brand and Dwi Sapta, to the pitch a month ago.

The pitch was then shortlisted to Oze Indonesia and Dwi Sapta before the result was announced. The integrated communication account includes ATL, BTL and digital.

Astra is one of the largest diversified conglomerates in Indonesia. Started in 1957 as a trading company, it has grown over the years to become an automotive distributor and producer, partnering with Japanese carmakers such as Toyota, Daihatsu and Isuzu.
