An esteemed creative in the industry, Lee began his career at JWT Malaysia, where from 1996 to 2007 he worked his way up from art director to creative group head. He subsequently moved on to broaden his experience at ad houses across Malaysia including Rapp Collins, BBDO and most recently McCann Erickson, where he held the position of creative group head for the past two years.

Throughout his career, Lee has worked with an array of blue-chip clients such as Unilever, Nestlé, HSBC, KFC, Coca-Cola and Jeep.

In 2010, he was ranked among the top 20 creative talents in the region. As ACD of JWT Malaysia, he will report to Edwin Leong.

“It’s good to have Hans back,” stated Edwin. “He returns with a broader experience across disciplines and the maturity to lead our creative teams along with creative seniors MayLing Yong, Richard Chin and Jackson Mah. Hans is a media neutral thinker, with experience across many sectors - crucial as we evolve our offering to integrate digital units within JWT Malaysia.”

Lee’s appointment is effective immediately.
