He Ying joins Carat China as Guangzhou GM

GUANGZHOU - Carat China has appointed He Ying (何英) as general manager of Carat Guangzhou, effective immediately.

Kitty Leung (梁璟意), long-serving MD of Carat Southern China, recently transferred to Carat Shanghai.

In her new role, He will play a key part in the growth of Carat Guangzhou, backed by 19 years of industry experience and local insights.

She previously worked at Ogilvy Guangzhou across a variety of disciplines, including integrated marketing communications, advertising, strategic planning and creative development, for over eight years.

Prior to that she spent eight years with Mindshare Guangzhou as general manager. 

He has a strong track record in media buying and negotiations in the South of China working with clients including China Mobile Guangdong, Agile Property and Wang Lao Ji.
