Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation appoints Lewis PR as AOR

The HKIRC is the official registry designated by the Hong Kong government to administer the registration of internet domain names under the .hk and .香港. country codes.

Lewis PR was selected by HKIRC following a closed-door competitive pitch. In order to profile HKIRC as the go-to expert for both business and consumer audiences, the agency will deliver comprehensive public relations consultancy services for the next three years.

These include strategic counsel on issues, development of creative campaigns and implementation of media programmes and support for marketing events.

The .hk /.香港 domain is the backbone of the Internet development of Hong Kong, and the agency will advocate the integral role of these internet domain names in local society, according to Emma Jenkins, associate director at LEWIS PR.
