Microsoft Advertising names Jonathan Hardy as sales director for SE Asia

SINGAPORE - Microsoft Advertising has appointed Jonathan Hardy as sales director for Southeast Asia to drive engagement with advertisers and publishers in the digital space across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

He was most recently the sales development director for the Asia-Pacific region for Microsoft Advertising, based out of Hong Kong.

Hardy replaces Richard Huggins, the regional sales director of Microsoft Advertising for  SE Asia, who left this position in January.

Based out of Singapore, Hardy will be responsible for providing support for Microsoft Advertising teams around the region to help capitalise on the fast-growing SE Asia online ad market.

With over 20 years' experience, he has managed local, regional and global campaigns across multiple platforms spanning from Hong Kong to New York.

Recently, he had also founded and ran Energy Media Networks and worked with clients such as the New York Times Media Group, Reuters and Conde Nast.
