The story revolves around Santa’s mischievous elves spreading surprise gifts in the Christmas stockings attached to nydc’s festive log cakes.

Customers who purchase these log cakes can then key in the code numbers found on the stocking through nydc’s Facebook page. Lucky customers will be rewarded with a weekly surprise gift.

New customers can also redeem a festive gift voucher of 1-For-1 for its Christmas platter for two persons and its Christmas a la carte items, through the Facebook page.

Vivien Teo, general manager of marketing at SUTL Group, said the restaurant wants to make this Christmas celebration a special event for its existing and new customers through interesting and engaging communication platforms.

“We are using social media to engage our customers and fans, radio to extend our reach to commuters, ground activation with choirs in CBD areas and in our restaurants to create the festive mood, online shout outs, PR and eDMs.”

Jim Goh, CEO at Briq Communications, meanwhile commented, “Not only is the campaign engaging and rewarding, the specially created nydc scrumptious Christmas platters will bring plenty of smiles to you, your family and friends this festive season!”
