JWT Melbourne has appointed Peter Randeria as client services director and group account director to oversee JWT’s Kraft account and Government business.

“Pete brings a wealth of brand communication and leadership experience to the role,” said John Gutteridge, JWT Australasia CEO. “He has a fabulous pedigree, with strong creative instincts, combined with broad category experience. His innate ability to build and motivate integrated communications teams made him a standout candidate for the role.”

Originally from the UK, London-trained and Sydney-practiced, Randeria has resigned from his role as group communications director at Clemenger BBDO Sydney to join JWT Melbourne.

Randeria’s role at Clemenger saw him lead the agency’s Mars-Wrigley, Pepsico (snacks and beverages), Procter & Gamble and Fisher & Paykel accounts. Previously he was responsible for Clemenger’s BlueScope Steel and Visa International relationships.

"JWT Melbourne's a terrific agency and with Michael Godwin's arrival as new MD it's one that's experiencing exciting change. I'm thrilled both to be moving to Melbourne and to be joining an exceptional team,” said Randeria.

Randeria will take up his new post at JWT Melbourne on 8 November.
