KP will be based in the regional office in Shanghai and reports to Mohammed Sirajuddeen (Siraj), CEO of Rapp Asia.
An expert in on-line and off-line data analysis, segmentation and customer relationship management (CRM), in this new role, KP (pictured) will be responsible for providing strategic direction for clients’ analytics need and ensuring good ROI for marketing campaigns through the use of analytics.
KP was most recently regional customer intelligence director at Prudential Corporation Asia (Insurance).
With more than 20 years experience, KP has worked across many industries across US, UK and Asia including banking, finance, insurance, as well as consumer electronics, automobiles and IT, with clients spanning from American Express, Citibank, IBM, AXA, Sky Cable, Caltex, TNT, Ericsson, Allianz and Ford Credit.
“We’ve always had strategic analytics professionals at our local RAPP offices, but with the strengthening of Rapp’s regional network and the increasing demand for transactional and online analytics,' said Sirajuddeen. "With our move to Shangai, it became evident that we needed someone that could integrate all data points and drive insights from an entire Asian perspective.”
Rapp has 16 offices across the Asia-Pacific region including Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Wellington, Taipei, Bangkok, Seoul and Manila.
