Mithun Mirji, creative director of Saatchi & Saatchi Mumbai, has been promoted as the regional creative director for P&G’s Ariel. Pao Agulto, senior copywriter from Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, has moved to the Singapore office while Eddie Wong has returned as head of art after two years.

Bruce Matchett, executive creative director of Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore and Malaysia, said Saatchi & Saatchi has expanded and has doubled its creative team over the past six months.

Mirji previously worked with Leo Burnett and McCann Erickson Mumbai. “Saatchi & Saatchi has been a great family where I found out that working on a category like laundry could be really exciting and challenging,” he said.

Paolo, meanwhile, has garnered awards and recognition at shows such as Cannes, Spikes, Adfest, London International and One Show. “At this point, we should all be about world-changing work,” he said. “Doesn't matter how great the work looks. If it doesn’t make a difference, it’s fluff.”

Wong has 16 years of experience in telecommunications, banks, hotels, property, cars, beer, beverages, electronics and the Navy. He recently mentored teams from local universities on creating campaigns for an international beauty brand.
