The appointment came after a pitch called last month, and the contract will run from this month to December to promote the awards among social enterprises and create public awareness.

The PCSEA, which was launched last month, is the only award in the social enterprise sector in the country to recognise social enterprises for their contributions to the social services sector.

The agency will provide media and administrative support for the event, media coverage and follow-up with social enterprises. It should deliver a total media coverage worth at least SG$500,000 (US$404,000) in PR value on various platforms.

The pitch also received tenders from Golin/Harris International, Havas Worldwide Siren and PR Communications.
