The appointed agency will be charged with print, outdoor, interactive and below-the-line work as well as media planning for the campaign. The contract is for one year starting in May 2010 with the option to renew for another year in 2011.

According to the tender document, the annual recruitment campaign looks to enhance the image of the SPF as a choice employer and raise greater awareness of the various career opportunities within the force.

The SPF will be targeting potential job seekers and graduating students in schools and tertiary institutions.

Separately, in June last year the Singapore Traffic Police appointed Y&R and Starcom, as well as local shop O3 Advertising Interactive Solutions, to take charge of its annual road safety campaigns.
