Anna Kismet has been named as director of digital; Monika Kuta will be the group's digital communications manager; and  Brielie-Jean Hudson will be senior digital account manager. The new executives will focus on devising and implementing new digital communications strategies.

Prior to this, Kismet was senior director of digital business and senior digital planner at DDB Sydney. She has focused on youth marketing initiatives across a range of Telstra consumer retail projects particularly for national campaigns involving digital, experiential, outdoor and mobile applications.

“Anna will take our digital abilities to a new dimension,” Gower said. “She is a world-class talent, leader and team player.”

Kuta was previously global media digital manager at beauty care company Coty, in charge of all aspects of digital strategy for its fragrances and cosmetics brands. Meanwhile, Hudson has almost four years of digital experience working in sales at eMitch and media planning at Media Contacts.

“Anna, Monika and Brielie-Jean are enormously impressive individuals and will really accelerate our strategic and digital transformation in Melbourne,” UM Australia CEO Mat Baxter added.

The three are the latest in a series of digital hires by UM in the past weeks. Other newcomers include Kristine Ballensky who joined UM as communications strategist, Zoe Scaman as associate strategy director and Lukas Temple in UM Brisbane as digital communications director.
