Unilever’s many brands are currently handled by various agencies in Singapore, including Lowe, JWT, Ogilvy & Mather and Ogilvy One, BBH Asia Pacific, Euro RSCG, Naked and SapientNitro.

A Unilever spokesperson clarified that the FMCG giant is reviewing its existing agencies in order to formalise a digital agency roster. “This covers all our brands,” he said.

But the spokeperson was keen to make the distinction between a pitch and a review.

“It is not a pitch, but a review of our existing digital agencies,” he emphasised.

Agencies on Unilever's digital agency roster include Euro RSCG, Ogilvy One, and Lowe in partnership with Huge Inc.

SapientNitro is believed to be handling some digital work for the Lux brand, the global planning team for which is led out of JWT Singapore. That agency is already on Unilever's digital agency roster in China.

Also led globally out of Singapore is anti-dandruff shampoo Clear, which is handled by Lowe.

Globally, Lowe & Partners has forged a partnership with Huge, America’s fastest-growing digital agency, as preferred digital partner to promote Unilever brands around the world This is beginning with household cleaning brands Cif and Sunlight in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Asia.
