UPDATED: Stephen Mangham and Gary Caulfield depart; David Mayo moves to Jakarta in shakeup at Ogilvy Indonesia

JAKARTA - Stephen Mangham has resigned his position with Ogilvy & Mather (O&M) Indonesia, just over one month in to his new role there. Executive creative adviser Gary Caulfield will also depart, with newly-appointed President of O&M ASEAN (Southeast Asia) David Mayo relocating to Jakarta to help fill the void.
