Xiaowei Su joins OgilvyEarth in Beijing

BEIJING - Ogilvy Public Relations has hired Xiaowei Su as the key contact for OgilvyEarth in Beijing. Her role includes strategic campaign planning and communications for environmental and NGO partners.

Xiaowei Su joins OgilvyEarth in Beijing

OgilvyEarth is Ogilvy's sustainability practice launched in May 2009. Xiaowei Su is an American expatriate with six years' experience in media, communications, environment and NGO work in China.

Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, Xiaowei worked as a program communications officer at the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Beijing for three years.

Her responsibilities included campaign strategy, planning and management with a focus on climate change. She launched and managed the Earth Hour China campaign for WWF from 2009 to 2010. Xiaowei was also part of the WWF China delegation to the Copenhagen Climate Conference in December 2009.

Her experience also includes working with United Nations volunteers and at China Radio International and China Central Television.
