Aberdeen Singapore decodes equity investment

SINGAPORE - Aberdeen Asset Management has launched a campaign titled ‘Equity investment decoded’, via Dog Digital, aiming to demystify the industry jargon in investment communications.

The campaign features a coded message and encourages members of the public to decode it. The campaign is supported by a microsite with videos, desktop and mobile banners to spread the word digitally, and MRT banners. The brand may expand the campaign regionally in coming months.

“Aberdeen Asset Management recognised that many potential investors are confused and intimidated by the language used by the industry,” said Selene Chin, manager director of Dog Digital Asia. “We worked closely with Aberdeen to ensure that this campaign speaks to these people perfectly.”

Dog Digital and Aberdeen Asset Management have partnered on many projects, both in Singapore and in the UK. Dog has been selected because of its proven record in the finance industry as well as its specialist knowledge in Asset Management.
