If big data is a C-suite question, why is it so hard to get buy-in? Anger talks about the "hairy challenges” arising from data ownership in every large corporate organisation. This also leads to the peculiar problems of Asia being behind the curve in the adoption of programmatic buying, as well as premium publishers being stuck on legacy issues.
