American Express, CSL's 1O1O win big at JCDecaux Airport’s Fly High Awards

HONG KONG - American Express’ ‘Fly faster’ and CSL 1O1O's ‘Leader speaking to leaders’ campaigns have emerged as the top winners at JCDecaux Airport’s Fly High Awards 2008/9, announced today at the Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong.

American Express' 'Fly faster' campaign, created by OgilvyOne Worldwide Hong Kong and media partner Mindshare, won the Fly High Award for Best Creative, Excellence in Use of Digital Media Award and Excellence in Tactical Campaign Award.

While CSL 1O1O's 'Leader speaking to leaders' campaign, created by Leo Burnett Hong Kong and OMD Hong Kong, also took home the Fly High Award for Best Use of Media, Excellence in Integrated Use of Media Award and Excellence in Innovation Award.

Other winners include Chivas' 'Chivas international travel trail' campaign, put together by creative agency Euro/ Tag and media agency PSI, won the Excellence in Branding Award.

Haute Couture Chanel's Spring/ Summer campaign impressed the judges and won the Excellence in Product Promotion Award. SAP's Momentum campaign, also created by Ogilvy & Mather along with media agency Kinetic, won the Excellence in Poster Creative Award.

The winners were selected by a judging panels consisting of CC Tang, chairman Hong Kong and chief creative officer for Greater China at Euro RSCG; Christina Cheng, deputy GM for retail and advertising at the Airport Authority Hong Kong; Devin Pun, GM of DFS Hong Kong; Iris Lo, managing partner and ECD of DraftFCB; KK Tsang, CEO of GroupM Hong Kong; and Vincent Cheung, director of the consumer imaging and information marketing division at Canon Hong Kong.

Despite a relatively short history, Hong Kong International Airport has won seven Skytrax World Airport Awards for customer satisfaction in just ten years.
