Backed by recently promoted creative director Michelle Au, senior art directors Alex Lim and Shawn Foo, group practice leader Jenny Widjaja, and Dennis Lim as the account director, the core team has joined from partner company 10 AM, which is famed for its creative work.

141D will specialise across three areas including social causes (government and non profit social enterprises), F&B and lifestyle.

Said Jeffrey Yu, chairman at Bates 141 in Asia Pacific, “This move brings 10AM and Bates 141 closer as a family and this is very exciting for the future of our agency in Singapore.”

She added, "Michelle and her team (pictured) are an immensely talented bunch and, combined with their rich experience from 10AM, I’m sure we will start to see game changing work coming out of 141D in the very near future.”

The agency has also appointed Julius Chen and Marcus Chang to develop strategies that encourage brand and consumer interaction, leveraging on new digital influence tools like online consumer chatter analysis. The 'interaction strategists' will work in direct concert with a digital project manager and online community manager.
