Management consultancy Lynxeye has appointed Lucien Harrington, most recently SVP of marketing and communications for Asia Pacific and Middle East at Fox Networks Group Asia, as Asia-Pacific managing director.

Prior to Fox, Harrington was MD of FutureBrand Greater China for more than 2.5 years, which followed time at Turner Entertainment and Walt Disney.

He is taking over from Carol Mok, who was MD from 2016 and has returned to Canada.

Stockholm-based Lynxeye opened in Singapore four years ago and has 12 people on staff.

Harrington told Campaign Asia-Pacific the the company's track record with clients drew him to the role. "They have already had a major impact on many companies who have redefined their industries," he said. "I am genuinely excited to have the opportunity to create similar success for brands and companies across Asia Pacific.”

Harrington also cited innovation performance, which 90% of CEOs recognise as important but feel their business underperforms at as a competency in which Lynxeye excels.

Clients working with the company in Asia include Danone, Volkswagen, Geely, Pernod Ricard, Ikea and Allianz, he said.

Lynxeye founders Christian Ihre and Johan Ekelin praised Harrington's knowledge, experience and relationships.
