Harshad Lad  brings with him over 17 years of experience from across SME, start-ups and the below-the-line space. He was most recently working with C2S, his own start-up consultancy that aimed to connect consumers to sales with the help of advertising and brand communications. At Creativeland, he says he will be able to concentrate on his passion for all-round brand management.

“To me Creativeland is a place of like-minds and a very good platform for me to return to holistic brand communications and management," he said. "The work, culture, philosophy, along with the people at Creativeland, is the inspiration I thrive on.”

Prior to his consultancy work, Lad was a vice president with Ogilvy & Mather, where he led a business unit on the HUL skin-care business.

Shah - a professional standup comic in the night hours - also comes with several years of advertising industry experience. He has worked with TBWA, Mudra, and JWT previously, handling brands such as Standard Chartered Bank, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, and HBO. He says he is looking forward to being part of further creativity in the new role. "It's good to know I'll be working with and learning from the most creative bunch of people,” he said.

Sajan Raj Kurup, founder and creative chairman of Creativeland Asia, said the two appointments would help the agency continue to serve clients during what is a period of rapid growth for the independent. "It was critical for us to get in senior people with the same kind of beliefs as ours," he said. "I have known Harshad for over eight years now. His work ethics are impeccable. His varied experience and his understanding of business and brands, are invaluable to us. Above all, he comes with a certain degree of discipline which we deem important at Creativeland.”

“Neville brings with him as much passion as experience. He is multi-talented and self-driven, and at Creativeland we have seen these qualities take us really far.”
