In addition, DDB Group has hired Andrew Hook, Batey Ads' former ECD, as creative director. He will report directly to DDB and RAPP Singapore’s ECD, Joji Jacob.

With over 10 years in the industry, Hook has worked on a wide spectrum of accounts which include Singapore Airlines, Mercedes-Benz, Qatar Airways, Audi, Coca-Cola and Telstra.

The agency’s team of creative leaders will continue to support Jacob and the chief creative officer of DDB Group Singapore, Neil Johnson, to oversee the agency group’s creative and design teams to provide greater level of integration and output across all its client accounts.

“As an agency, we are getting bigger, better and busier than ever. And we need talented, competent and resilient creative leaders to manage our businesses and teams,” said Joji Jacob, executive creative director for DDB and RAPP Singapore.
