He will be based in Shanghai and report to Yifei Li, Vivaki country chair for Greater China.

He joined Zenith Media in 2001 and moved to Vivaki Exchange in 2007 where he has held various roles from deputy director to deputy general manager.

He was promoted to GM of Vivaki Exchange in August 2010, in charge of managing television negotiations and buying on behalf of Vivaki agencies in China.

He is revered internally for his operational oversight and externally for his work and valued client relationships with the likes of LVMH, SGM, Coca-Cola, Mars Wrigley, L’Oreal and McDonald’s.

"Dylan is a 10-year veteran of Vivaki Exchange and is recognised by the industry and clients for his skill, talent, integrity and commitment to our business," said Li.

"I am confident that Dylan will be instrumental in delivering value to our clients. Under his leadership, Vivaki Exchange will continue to thrive."

Reported in September, Vivaki Exchange ex-CEO Warren Hui and GM Ye Pengtao abruptly left the Publicis Groupe agency following their suspected involvement in a corruption case relating to the agency's media broker Chongqing Huayu. In November, the company issued a statement distancing itself from the corruption scandal.
