Chugh joins from Digitas India, where she was a senior vice-president handling large IT services and mobile handset brands.

Equipped with more than 18 years experience, Chugh was previously also with Hungama Digital as general manager of North India and with Interone Resonance-BBDO as general manager.

“We continue to build out our infrastructure of social media and integration experts across the region to answer mounting client opportunities and demand,” said Lynne Anne Davis, Fleishman-Hillard president for Asia-Pacific.

“Prompting, driving and inciting the right conversations take a skilled strategist, especially in a market as unique and important as India, and Riitu has the ability to identify and mine that consumer insight ‘sweet spot’ into a compelling social media and digital campaign," said Davis.
