The two contracts also cover other goods and services for the board’s various health initiatives for one year, with the option of extension for another two years, renewable on a yearly basis.

The incumbents for Health Promotion Board are DDB Group Singapore, Ogilvy & Mather Singapore and OMD Singapore.

For the marketing pitch, agencies will propose integrated marketing and communication campaigns, which encompass services such as advertising, direct marketing, digital and social media, events, partnerships and below-the-line collateral support.

The media pitch, meanwhile, covers a wide spectrum of programmes using integrated marketing communications approaches, including but not limited to services such as advertising, direct marketing, digital and social media, events, partnerships and below-the-line collateral support.

Agencies for both pitches should also draw on existing events and partnerships with community organisations, public organisations, commercial partners, special interest groups and coalitions to engage the target groups.

Pitching agencies are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and attend a compulsory tender briefing next month before the complete set of specifications are distributed.
