Hill + Knowlton Strategies has appointed Thomas Goh as senior director of creative content and digital innovation in Singapore.

Goh joins from Havas, where he was head of digital for Singapore and Malaysia. Before this, he was vice president of business development at Cxense, and business director at OgilvyOne. Goh has also held senior marketing roles at Skype, SingTel and Citibank.

“Knowing how to craft compelling stories and build a narrative that creates a lasting point of view is H+K’s heartland, so I’m incredibly excited to be joining this team to help build on that and create compelling content that helps clients cut through the digital noise,” Goh said.

He has experience in digital content, social strategy, performance marketing, programmatic, and mobile marketing. Goh has also led regional campaigns including SingTel’s ‘Hawker Heroes’ and Skype’s experiential showcase.

Michelle Tham, managing director of H+K Singapore, said: “Thomas’ experience brings a new dimension in terms of how we structure our digital offering as well as the type of digital innovation we bring, to help our clients integrate communications quickly, creatively and with great agility.”
