IG Markets appoints Starcom Singapore as AOR

SINGAPORE – IG Markets Singapore has appointed Starcom Singapore as its media agency-of-record.

IG Markets Singapore, part of IG Group, specialises in financial derivatives and is a leading dealer in margined Foreign Exchange.

Following a review, IG Markets Singapore  selected Starcom as its new media agency partner for its continuing brand communications and campaigns. The incumbent on the account was MediaCom.

Starcom Singapore will now oversee all online and offline media planning and buying for IG Markets.

The move comes as IG Markets looks to strengthen its brand presence and position in the Lion City.

Arthur Sung, general manager of Starcom Singapore, said IG Markets is one of the fastest growing and strongest brands in the financial sector, with huge potential in Singapore.

Greg Baker, managing director IG Markets Singapore, added: “As Singapore is one of the key finance hubs in this region, we sought a media agency partner who could help us with the best media and strategic insights to reach out to local investors.”
