Jaydeep Chaudhuri appointed managing partner at OMD International

ASIA-PACIFIC - OMD has appointed Jaydeep Chaudhuri as the managing partner for OMD International, OMD’s specialist unit that manages multi-national client assignments.

Chaudhuri joins OMD International from MEC, where he is currently MD for Indonesia, credited with growing the office to be the fourth largest in the market. Prior to that, he was head of knowledge and insights at GroupM Indonesia. Chaudhuri has also held a number of senior positions at Mindshare, Maxus and Madison, across Taiwan and India.

“Jaydeep’s expertise of leading multi-cultural teams will fit well with the profile of OMD International, which is currently in growth mode following new business wins and remit expansions," said Torie Henderson, CEO at Omnicom Media Group in Singapore. A consumer insights specialist with a flair for leading client relationships, Jaydeep’s experience will strengthen OMD international’s positioning in the market."

Chaudhuri will commence his new role in July. Based in the Singapore office, he will report to Henderson.
