The famed restaurant, situated in The Excelsior Hotel in Causeway Bay, was first established in 1993 and has gained international recognition for its Cantonese cuisine. The restaurant has been closed over the past few months for an extensive renovation. It is due to reooen in October with the anticipation of more diners than ever before.

Wendy Lee, director of communications for The Excelsior, Wendy Lee, said: “The work presented by M&C Saatchi was clearly the strongest. From strategy to concept to execution, the winning idea was a fine example of simple, out-of-the-box thinking with plenty of stopping power.”

M&C Saatchi’s senior creative director Bernard Chan said: “We needed to give the campaign a 'wow' factor while keeping it all in good taste."
