The agency said that Modern Education has been the leader in the private tutorial sector in Hong Kong, but that position is now 'under threat'. Modern Education says it is venturing into a new 'battleground' – the new '3-3-4' education system (three years each of junior and senior high school, and four years of university)  that will be introduced in the new academic year.

Hotdog said the agency has helped the client to meet the challenge by developing a campaign strategy that does not just protect the brand’s valuable equity, but also connects it with the new education system in Hong Kong.

Modern Education recently became the first education institute to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
