Neo joins the agency with more than 12 years experience, including creative leadership positions at Ogilvy Action, BBH, APAC, JWT and Saatchi and Saatchi.

He will now be responsible for driving Momentum's creative vision across the region and developing campaigns for regional clients, including Sennheiser.

Ng will lead the Singapore business across the whole of Momentum’s brand engagement platform, which includes activation, shopper marketing, promotions and sponsorships.

Michael Robinson, regional managing director for Southeast Asia at Momentum Worldwide, said this is an "exciting time" for the agency.

He said, "Shopper marketing is an increasingly critical ask from our clients. Today’s consumers want to own the buying process. With a proliferation of buying channels across e-commerce and m-commerce, creativity is no longer a luxury – it must be at the heart of brand activation campaigns."

"Working closely with our in-market teams, Jimmy will seamlessly combine behavioural insights with innovative ideas, creating compelling campaigns that truly engage consumers… and Daniel’s knowledge and experience will prove invaluable for our clients,” he added.
