Rathod, formerly business director, will continue to report to managing director Kitty Wong, who is supported by two other deputies: Peter Riley (executive creative director) and Sandy Ling (director of operations).

Wong explained the rationale behind the promotion: “Individually, Sheilen has brought passion and unrelenting effort to some of our most important accounts—American Express, Shangri-La and LV."

He was also instrumental in chasing down new business, including BlackRock and Crocs Asia-Pacific, as well as other unannounced wins in the retail and luxury categories, according to Wong.

“Collectively, we have a leadership team that will drive decisive interventions on social CRM, e-commerce and new marketing platforms,” she added.
