Providing PR services as well as social media and digital marketing, the agency also offers campaigns that include press release creation and distribution, video news release production and placement, and event planning and coordination.

Glen Felgate, former Reuters journalist, is the managing director at Quantum Publicity. He has spent the last decade in Cambodia, setting up and running TV stations.

“The time is right for such an agency. More and more companies are coming into the Cambodian marketplace and while the advertising market is well catered to, there is no-one offering a quality, specialist PR service,” he said.

The agency will also offer assistance in setting up offices and operations in Cambodia to a select number of clientele that are newcomers to the Cambodian market.

“In my capacity as head of the TV channels CTN and MyTV I have seen more and more CEO’s and marketing managers wanting to know how to make people aware of their company, brand or product. It is obvious that there are companies either in the market or entering the market that need someone with a track record in the local media as well as the relevant contacts to help put their message across,” said Felgate.
