The first stage of the review will involve agencies submitting responses to Tata Communications' Request for Information (RFI). Then a shortlist of agencies will be briefed on a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Candidates will be selected based on creativity and track record on B2B brand and global portfolio management, said co-founder and principal of R3, Goh Shu Fen. "The ability to drive the next stage of Tata Communications’ global brand and related marketing execution work is critical”

R3 senior consultant Elfrida Szeto will lead the review.

Past reviews managed by R3 include Singapore Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, Visa and Coca-cola.
