Currently, the CRM outfit will offer its channel planning services to Courts and American Express with a view to expanding the operations to other clients.

Koh joins Rapp after spending two years with Blue Singapore working on accounts including Standard Chartered Bank, Hewlett Packard and Starwood among others in the area of digital media planning and operations as well as search.

Valli Lakshmanan, CEO of Rapp Singapore, said: “We took our time to expand our portfolio and time is right for us to offer channel planning services along with our data driven creative services.
