The township, called My Gia, was developed by Vietnamese real estate firm VinaCaptial, the town is expected to offer residents a totally new standard of living in Vietnam’s fast growing ocean-front tourism hub.

Red Brand Builders were tasked to create the brand, including development of the brand strategy, naming, identity and all supporting advertising, marketing collaterals and launch event activities.

Chris Elkin, red brand builders managing director, commented: "The My Gia Township brand is the result of a clever and close client and agency collaboration – the client developing the right product at the right price and the agency positioning and marketing to strongly leverage all that is unique and appealing about the offering.

“The sales results and interest so far speak for themselves. We look forward to building the brand and our partnership with the VinaLiving team in 2011 and beyond,” he said.
