Standard Life Asia hands Doremus creative and media accounts in Hong Kong

HONG KONG - Doremus Hong Kong has been appointed to Standard Life Asia's creative and media accounts in Hong Kong.

Doremus won the integrated communications account following a four-way pitch against both 4A and non 4A agencies at the end of last year.

The client has worked with agencies on project basis in the past.

Doris Shu, chief marketing officer at Standard Life Asia said: “The appointment was about chemistry. We were very impressed by Doremus team’s in-depth understanding and empathy of the customers. Strategically and creatively, Doremus were spot-on and we strongly believe together we can further connect Standard Life Asia with our customers.”

This win strengthens Doremus Hong Kong’s existing wealth management client portfolio, which includes Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, and Swiss private bank Julius Baer.

Standard Life, headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, is a major asset-managing company which provides life assurance and pensions, investment management and healthcare insurance products to over 6.5 million customers worldwide. Its direct competitors include AIA.
