Tencent MIND Conference '11 leads online marketing reform

BEIJING - Over 600 senior marketers attended the fourth Tencent MIND Conference 2011 in Beijing which concluded on 28 April.

An array of marketing experts from both China and overseas were invited to share their viewpoints regarding online marketing trends and practices in China and worldwide under this year’s theme of 'Listen well, innovate well'.

A number of celebrities, including international pop star Karen Mok, 2004 Olympic gold medalist Luo Xuejuan, winner of the seventh Mao Dun Literature Award Mai Jia, editor-in-chief of Auto Magazine Dong Baoqing and famous football commentator Duan Xuan, also shared their online lives under the topic 'Internet changes life'.

The Tencent MIND Award Ceremony, in conjunction with One Show, was also held on the same day. GSK's 'Bactroban' campaign, MediaCom and Grey won the Best of the Best award.

Among the 20 winners on the night were Neo@Ogilvy, Isobar Shanghai, NTI, OMD and Starcom.
