Yeow, formerly managing consultant for Text100 Malaysia takes over from Pompen, who served as interim Greater China managing director effective immediately. Yeow established Text100’s Malaysia office in 2006 and has more than 14 years PR industry experience and a background in corporate finance. From a start of three employees she leaves the office with a string of awards, more than 25 consultants and a client list spanning FMCG, multimedia and digital. She will continue to be based in Malaysia but will travel frequently to the agency's offices in Beijing and Shanghai.

Yeow’s place in Malaysia will be taken over by Min Chow, formerly deputy managing consultant of the Kuala Lumpur office.

Pompen’s responsibilities will now include oversight of Text100 Japan where she will work with local managing consultant, Satoshi Nakazaki, to develop client relationships and increase international collaboration.

These promotions will hopefully see Text100’s transition into an integrated digital consultancy across the region accelerate, commented Anne Costello, regional director Asia for Text100. “Our business is geared to reflect, adapt and get ahead of the evolution.  I am really proud of the depth of talent we have within the business, keeping us nimble and at the forefront of the industry,” she said.
