The Media Shop announces four business wins

SINGAPORE - Independent media agency The Media Shop announced it has won four pieces of business recently, namely NETS, Actegy, Oanda Asia Pacific and BEI Asia Awards.

The Media Shop announces four business wins

The appointments came after pitches were called last year and early this year for strategic media planning and buying duties across various media platforms, except for Oanda, which the agency won without a pitch.

Gary Tang, media director of The Media Shop, noted that the business wins mark a great start to the year for the agency. “The recent opening of our second office in Taiwan also allows us to expand our footprint into North Asia, enabling us to better serve clients who are expanding into that region.”

He added that as a boutique agency, it is able to give personal attention to each client––something lacking in bigger agencies.

“We see ourselves as an extension of their team. We are independent and not associated with big names, hence we are more flexible.”

The Media Shop was founded in 2009, offering media planning and buying services across all media platforms in Asia.Other new accounts won this year by The Media Shop include Regus Management Singapore, iProperty.com and Midas Development Corporation.
