Global luxury and premium collective Together Group has acquired experiential technology shops Imerza and Visualisation One.

Visualisation One, which is led by founder Vince Flynn and has its headquarters in Chester, specialises in architectural visualisations and immersive virtual reality experiences for clients including The Grosvenor Estate, Reuben Brothers and Aman.

Imerza, based in Florida in the US, specialises in architectural game-engine technology to produce “digital twins”, working with Epic Games, Marriott, Microsoft and Sotheby’s.

The financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Together Group said the acquisitions would help it “deliver transformative customer experiences across all key luxury segments”, including property, fashion, beauty and hospitality.

Christian Kurtzke, chief executive of Together Group, said: “The integration of Imerza and Visualisation One allows us to offer unparalleled capabilities in digital twin and realtime visualisation technologies, creating life-like digital environments driven by real-time data—empowering destinations and brands to reimagine the way they connect with their audiences in both physical and virtual worlds.”

The two shops will come under the umbrella of Together Group’s Noë & Associates Studios, a collective of artists and next-gen technologists.

Together Group has now made a total of 13 acquisitions since buying its first agency, Purple, in 2021. Fashion and beauty production agency North Six, which is part of Together Group, launched a division dedicated to experiential retail activations and influencer marketing in December last year.
