As one of the co-founders of Catcha Media’s parent company, Catcha Group, Tsurumaru has worked as the CEO of Catcha Group’s sister company iProperty.com. During his tenure, Tsurumaru led the successful IPO of iProperty.com on the Australian Stock Exchange where it currently enjoys a market capitalisation of RM150 million (US$47.7 million)

Khan came on board as CEO of Catcha Digital in 2009 from Aktiv Group, a company that he helped launch two years prior. As a former head of agency sales for Yahoo UK, he brings with him over 10 years' experience in the online arena, four of which was spent in Asia.

“Catcha Media has one of the most experienced media and online teams in the region. I plan to use this as leverage in growing the company,” said Khan.

“Catcha Media faces an exciting year ahead with many new and exciting changes. I look forward to working closely with Alex and the experience gained at iProperty.com to grow our new media offering beyond RM100 million (US$38 million) in the next couple years.” said Tsurumaru on his appointment.
